sAPI Design & Development: Creating and managing RESTful APIs on Apigee.Apigee Edge Management: Configuring and deploying API proxies.API Security: Implementing OAuth, API keys, and other security measures.Policy Management: Working with Apigee policies like caching, rate-limiting, and transformations.API Analytics: Monitoring API performance and traffic using Apigee analytics tools.Scripting & Programming: Writing code in JavaScript, Node.js, or Java to customize API behavior.Cloud & Integration: Integrating Apigee with cloud services and backend systems.Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identifying and solving API issues and performance bottlenecksSecondary Skills Version Control: Experience with Git for version control and collaboration.CI/CD: Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment pipelines.Microservices Architecture: Understanding of microservices and how to integrate APIs with them.Database Integration: Experience with APIs to databases (SQL/NoSQL).Performance Optimization: Ability to optimize API performance, including caching and load balancing.Frontend Integration: Understanding of how APIs with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular).Containerization: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized API management.Documentation: Ability to document APIs using tools like Swagger/OpenAPI.Agile Practices: Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
